I come back to the forum as I experience sharing content issues on HP Slice G2. It would work perfectly well offline but during the call, the content would randomly freeze (shall we use a third device or the direct HDMI cable). The PCs used to share do not freeze on their side and when we check on third sharing device the flow goes out but does not display from the HDMI Ingest. They run meetings on O365 and the MTRs are not domain joined.
The only answers I got from HP support are either to restore the machine or to replace it with a new one I receive. Trouble is I have a single customer with this brand of MTRs and I have no other feedbacks. And the 1 system I have for support does not seem to have had this kind of problem. But it is not heavily used.
So if you have feedback I would be delighted to share with you of the experience you may have had on HPs!
