I am facing a new situation with some MTRs. Namely the B-140 as the connection to screen us UBS-c to HDMI. Behavior is different for the different Touch screens I plug to the USB-c to HDMI cable.
Some touch screens would wake up as expected but some others would not at all.
I cannot reproduce this issue with B-160 as it has a direct HDMI out. But this a big issue for the customers as for the moment the only solution I have is to leave the remote control of the screen on the table or to tell the customer to use the on/off button on the screen.
If I understand well what the manufacturers of the different screens I am using would tell me is that :
- Screen OK works on signal detection
- Screen NOK works on hdmi power change
Would there be by any chance a configuration I missed in the UC-Engine with USB-c out to HDMI ? a windows configuration or a bios that could help the use of different screens seamlessly.
