I have an issue with a Teams Room Device: a new Logitech Tap with Rally system. I installed in one of our meeting room this device a couple of month ago, since then I need to restart the NUC every three\four days because HDMI output signal stop to work: the system is online registered on Tenant and I can join meeting and listen to audio but no any signal comes out from the HDMI output port on the NUC.
The Logitech Tap is connected to a Samsung 65" professional display and after many tests (even a monitor swap) Logitech told me that this happens because Teams Room systems don't support CEC feature. Is it right?
In case are you working on this? As workaround they suggested me is to install an Extron CEC control between the NUC and the monitor or to install the NUC on the table side of the meeting room, by this way the hdmi output signal will come from the rally HUB which on the other hand supports CEC feature.
