May I know what the lag between the call and the report is. For e.g., after James completes his call, he reports audio quality issue, but how much time it would take to see the James call in the QER? Typically, CQD has a lag of 15-30 minutes

The time from the completion of a call to that call's stream data beginning to populate in CQD applies to the QER. This is because QER is built atop CQD using the Microsoft Call Quality connector for Power BI, and thus is dependent on the same data pipeline that feeds CQD.
