Thank you for pointing me the way. I opened a ticket and asked partner center support for help on this. Below is a screenshot of the answer I received today. In fact, there is no way to react on ratings and reviews in the Teams Store:
We like the fact that users can rate and leave reviews. This is indeed helpful for users all around the world looking for advice and solution. However, poor ratings damage the reputation and credibility of top-ranked apps and their vendors. Especially if we do not have any possibility to respond and react, as in partner center we can’t react on or reply to ratings nor reviews, that were left in the Teams store.
Please note that this is an issue and should be escalated and solved, because this will damage the reputation and credibility of many apps and vendors, not just us and our apps.
To give you a better understanding: We rely on Microsoft to fulfill its obligations to customers and 3rd party vendors in its app stores for the benefit of all - Microsoft, their customers and 3rd party vendors like us.
We invest all our efforts in apps and solutions for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 app certification to
provide trustworthy, popular apps for Microsoft 365 and to
let Microsoft customers increase the utilization of Microsoft 365 infrastructure to
increase return on investment into Microsoft 365.
It would be great if you could find a way to escalate this issue or point me another way.
