Hi BradGussin ,
My Team site owners and Admin staff are receiving the "This file is expired and deleted" emails. They are OK with that and we have altered our tenant number of days etc. THE issue they are having trouble with, especially Admins who book a lot of meetings on behalf of their General Managers is ... the email they get DOES NOT tell them which team or sharepoint site or onedrive the recording is in. So they are having a real problem getting back the ones they want to keep.
My challenge to you and the product team:
Could the email with subject "Your Teams meeting recording has expired and is now deleted" and body of "This file is expired and deleted" please please contain a link to the recycle bin the file that has been deleted is in ? OR at the very least could this be a setting we can change with powershell ?
At present our staff are wasting up to an hour checking all the recycle bins they in all the teams they are members of just to find the one file they want to keep.
Many thanks, from the cold and snowy South Pacific
