This is another proof of MS UX not listening to users.
Multitenant mess is still an unsolved thing (no single view from home org, chats broken accross orgs, login mess, main home org is not the entry point, control not under both orgs). Meeting timers are not shown. Multiple windows to show several things open is not available. Massive hide unhide for channels or chats is not existing. Users freak out when things are moved. Inability to copy / move chats. Sync / delete risks. File versions eating space as mad. Clearer user permissions. Sharing files with external users sometimes unclear.
Please, listen to users before rolling out or deciding new functions. If they introduce more confusion, consider not to roll them out. If they solve real problems and make things really simple, please go ahead. If you make a new position needed at companies to manage new features, then it is not a good thing. Learn from good old fashioned well conceived designs: messenger, skype (which I hate being shut down), explorer folders, network units, multiwindow in browsers and so on.
I understand that this was an enormous amount of work, but there are many non working features that should be solved first. I know that I have a limited view on everything that is going on.
