Hi swilkey - unfortunately the way our systems work it's not easy to reset trials due to the unique properties created when a trial is activated in a tenant. We do acknowledge that this has meant many folks missed out on the broader intelligent recap capabilities because they activated early on as David has mentioned. We're still looking into how we could potentially "reset" past trials and allow folks to opt into another trial experience but the team is still exploring options and doesn't have a path forward yet. Again I know this isn't ideal for folks but I do want to mention we are trying to figure out how to remedy the challenging situation.
