MicrosoftJohnGruszczyk I appreciate that you have stated here that intelligent recap is not available. However, we learnt about Teams Premium somewhere else where it wasn't mentioned and decided that looks good, we want to try it - but our key interest is intelligent recap, everything else we could take or leave. We then got our admins to activate the trial for us, not knowing that only 25 people in the organisation get ONE SIMULTANEOUS TRIAL period, and not knowing that Intelligent Recap isn't available. When we saw no sign of intelligent recap in teams (or any other premium feature for that matter) I went searching for details and discovered this blog and the fact that it doesn't exist yet. So I second David_Swenson s comments that we will want to have a fresh trial when this capability is available and really, if you've advertised functionality and it isn't available, you should be stating that at the time that the Admin clicks on the button to add the trial so that it is very clear that it will not be able to be a proper trial.
