MicrosoftTeams v1.5.00.28558 is working fine on Ventura here too. Two points to note though:
Production capabilities (eg NDI) is still not supported at all - if you try and turn it on you get an error [long sigh]
The Teams intel audio driver is NOT updated during a background software update. Only when a user attempts to share something (in a Teams call) they will get a dialogue pop up asking them if the want to update the audio driver. If the user selects 'not now' then the intel driver will be used (which does seem to run fine in Rosetta), if they select 'update' then it will get updated to a universal version and the Apple silicon version will be launched. The update takes only a few seconds and the Teams call does not drop, however the audio subsystem is reset so the the user may need to reselect their audio devices if they aren't using the default devices in the call.
