I'm still in the dark as to whether this tech is useful for us, since we don't have a call queue per se. All our phone calls and Teams meetings should be recorded, transcribed, AI summarized, and stored in a central repository, so will this help us? At least now I have some leads for ISVs to contact. I would love to see a guide on how Teams can be used by small firms that have heavy compliance requirements, such as medical and financial firms. A guide for dummies. We're too small to pay IT firms thousands of dollars a month to figure this stuff out.
