Teams has made a huge impact on many organisations. Especially meetings, webinars and collaboration features, that kept us productive throug COVID-19 lockdowns. But not everybody understands the huge benefits of collaboration within Teams, through @-mentions and channel conversations. A lot is related to "people issues" - both workplace culture and personal habits are hard to change - but a bunch is acturally tech-related. Teams can be very confusing for tech savvy users, who just want to get their job done.
Ex. at least three options to edit files (open in desktop app, Online edit in browser and edit in Teams), just to mention an real life example from an environment with desktop apps installed on local computers. Lagging 2-way file integration with Outlook is also an area Microsoft should focus on, to make users happy.
But the future is bright and my expectations sky high
Thanks for the first 5 years. Keep up the good work Teams team!
Happy birthday from Denmark
