I know this is going to sound like a uninformed question but. We have just recieved the ability to replace the "Forms app" with the "Polling app" for meetings. in the scramble I believe we have pre-maturely turned off the Forms app for everyone thinking it was being replaced completely by the "Polls app".
i found a couple older articles that make note that these are two different apps and experiences, "Forms app" for survey like functionality and the "Polling app" for just polls.
I did some testing and found that:
- I can no longer add a form to a team channel (the survey form)
- the polling app only allows me to send out a singular poll
- the only way to have someone take a Form(survey) is to go over to forms copy the link then add it to a 1:1 chat or channel.
My assumption as I alluded before is that the "Forms app" is not being completely replaced by the "Polling app". these ARE meant to be different experiences, and the "Forms app" should be re-enabled for the Org.

I mean this article does give me this vibe as well
Thanks in advanced
