Hello Gargy. Thank you for seeking feedback from the User Community. I don't know if you're still with Microsoft, as your original post was from SEP-2022. But in case you are or if other Microsoft colleagues read this, here are my concerns:
- Microsoft Outlook Classic has much more functionality and flexibility to manage Contacts
- Over the past 20+ years, I have leverage that flexibility to create custom Views, effecting making the Contact capability into a very large, multi-faceted database.
- When exporting Contacts into csv format and/or sharing with other colleagues, they appreciate the level of granular detail I have accumulated within Contacts
- For me, Outlook Classic has become my global source of Relationship Management, whether Customer (CRM), Family & Friends, etc.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to successfully migrate my GoDaddy Exchange account into Outlook Classic with my new laptop. When this is achieved, I would gladly share example screenshots and reports with you & this community related to the above comments.
Until then, I remain a very frustrated long-term Microsoft 365 enterprise user.
