A HUGE frustration... Please expose the "File As" field in Outlook Web Contacts module!! The "From" in my Inbox is only the contact's email address, even though a contact exists for them that has First Name: John and Last Name: Smith. There is no way to fix this using the Outlook Web UI. When I open their contact card, at the top it displays their email address only. As you can see in the picture below, I have exposed all available name fields in the UI and there is no "File As".
The File As field is really fundamental/basic/important which is why it has existed in the Outlook Desktop application since the dawn of time. When John Smith emails me, I want to see his name in my inbox displays the way I want, like "John Smith, Acme Widgets". I
Please fix this!!! Please have Outlook Web's contact experience include all the core fields that Outlook Desktop includes. How can you give Outlook Desktop users that option to "Use the New Outlook" when what they get is the crippled browser version displays made to look like a local application. We literally have to tell people in our company "Do NOT click that button" otherwise we have people freaking out that basic features (like the "File As" field) have vanished.
