The only reason that I purchased MS365 was to have a source to assist with problem solving. It is virtually impossible to speak with a human being who might understand your problem. I keep my contacts current in my iCloud. By doing this I have current contacts in the iCloud, but when updating my Gmail account, I get deplicates of all contacts. I now have triplicates of all contacts. There appears to be no easy process to sync my iCloud contacts with my Gmail contacts in the new Outlook. I have tried to use my iCloud contacts when sending emails on my Gmail account, but access is not available. So when MS encouraged people to migrate to the new Outlook, I obliged. So, I am one of your "ginny pigs" with no source for easy problem solving. What am I paying MS for? I am retired and use my computer for simple tasks that does not require AI, etc. Does MS have any solutions for resolving my problem?
