Yeah, ridiculous as always. It's 2024, I honestly do not need to add telex, radio phone, TTY, or pager information to contacts. No, seriously, I swear. Maybe you do there at Redmond. But I do often need to add multiple mobile numbers or more than three email addresses. You know that people change jobs and get new phone numbers, and others have to use several mobile numbers because they work in multiple places or countries?
Do you know that the field chat is nonsense, because - what would go there? WhatsApp? Messenger? Telegram? Seriously, Microsoft, it's 2024, users no longer need to store ICQ numbers!
The thing that swayed me to move from Hotmail to Google 15 years ago was precisely that: great, usable contacts.
15 years later, Microsoft brags about... introducing contact categories.
