Gargy_Shekhar I am working for a Microsoft 365 Business Premium customer, they want an address book with external contacts to be shared across all the users. Besides being supported by the M365 Team, we have not found any suitable solution so far:
- GAL contacts do not sync automatically (I read above that this an Enterprise feature only, isn't it?) and moreover they can be updated only via the M365 Admin console
- Outlook shared contacts folders can be viewed only via the legacy Outlook Windows client. They do not show on Outlook on the web (even if I switch off the New contacts switch) on the new Outlook client, on Outlook on Mac and on Outlook mobile
- I found above the idea of an Azure AD company address book, I understand now the service is called Entra ID but I cannot find any instructions on how to build and share an address book.
So, can you please provide me with a solution?
