In the digital era, contacts have become increasingly important. They help users to create new relationships and nurture existing ones, which form building blocks ...
So, I have an issue with the New Contacts future in Outlook web. This is happening to all users in our tenant, and Support closed the case that I opened and redirected me here to get assistance.
When using the new feature, most of the contacts disappear from the list. These are not autofill contacts; these are contacts that have been added to Outlook in my personal address book. None of these are duplicate entries. The only way I can make a missing contact show in the new interface is if I turn off the feature, Open the contact, and click on add to contacts. The problem here is that it duplicates the contact in the address book when I do this, and I shouldn't have to do this 100 times. Since as you can see I'm missing about 100 contacts when I flip the toggle.
