I can confirm that now the Outlook web app does indeed show the Contacts categories, which is very useful. I have some feedback, though I am not sure if this is right place to provide it. If not, please let me know.
First, although the category colors are correctly synced from the Outlook PC client to the web app and shown in the settings (see first image below), the colors are not showing when using the categories (see photos 2 and 3) on the web app.

Syncing colors is not a big deal, but it would be nice if that is being worked on.
Second, I use a Pixel 5 Android phone (with Android 13) with Microsoft's Android Office app, and the categories have not synced there yet.
Third, do you know if there are any plans to sync (or show) additional contact fields from the PC Outlook client to the Outlook web app?
