I love Microsoft's efforts to embrace iOS, iPadOS and MacOS. The new version of Outlook for Mac is beautiful – I often get into arguments with fellow users who haven't used your latest software. However, the mobile apps exhibit terrible performance when multiple accounts from different services (e.g., Outlook and Gmail) are accessed. Support says it's a known issue. Maybe fix this sort of basic functionality before working on more bells and whistles?
