MicrosoftLoop never worked for my organization. MS did a virtual event with us and refused to tell us any features in the app itself becasue I guess IT didn't want to turn it on, or we didn't want to pay for it. I have no idea if it costs more.. We therefore cannot know if it will even be helpful to us. My assumption is it will not be helpful, even though we desperately need a solid project management tool, because we don't really use any MS software and have no idea if it integrates with other tools, and we have no idea if it's designed well -- if Teams is any indication we can assume it's designed very very badly and makes visual communication more difficult because nobody designed it for the kind of work we do.
