Your point one, why would you compare the free ChatGPT to paid MSFT? The paid ChatGPT is the latest and greatest GPT 4.0 with internet via Bing and plugins. The special thing CoPIlot brings is access to existing sharepoint files within the enterprise security boundary and the enabling within apps.
Second point, yes you agreed with me, microsoft and openAI both use Azure.
Third, you would have to cite a source -- it seems like you are comparing apples to oranges. Both use GPT4. I have not seen a comparison of CoPilot to native GPT4.
