To add on to what Deleted is saying, that it's GA also is a big deal because most larger companies can buy it now, before it was a selected few who were allowed into the early access program. This shows how fast Microsoft is building out it's data centers and means that it won't be long until you can try it out, I understand the frustration but it's due to the astronomical computing power needed and a low amount of licenses doesn't give an ROI for the hardware currently. Not even Partners nor MVP have access to copilot and they are usually first to try it out

You need to calm down. I don't think you understand how big of an demand for copilot there is. More or less every company withm M365 account want's it
Microsoft with all it's data centers wouldn't even be able to serve a procentil with it's current computing power with copilot. It's gonna take time build up that and also optimize the software.
So Microsoft has nothing against Small buissness, this is all due to computing power and the cost associated with that. Microsoft needs to prioitize those clients who buy enough licenses to support the hardware needed, because you're basicly paying for the hardware and not even the software in the current model. Just look up what a GPU cluster needed costs...
GA just means that it's out of beta and it's avaiable for clients you can buy 300 licenses+ currently. Previously it was only for selected clients who got early access.
