TJ_Devine & Team,
We, as Managed Service Providers (MSPs), have been avidly following the progress of Microsoft 365 Copilot and are thrilled by the numerous innovations it promises to bring to our customers. However, we strongly believe that it is crucial for Microsoft to introduce an option for Tenants to purchase the Copilot license on a per seat/user basis. This will enable us to better serve our clients and meet their unique needs.
As MSPs, we understand the value of delivering efficient and reliable IT services to our customers. Microsoft 365 Copilot has the potential to revolutionize the way we manage and optimize Microsoft 365 environments. It offers features such as intelligent automation, proactive issue resolution, and enhanced security measures, all aimed at improving productivity and reducing downtime.
While we are excited about these innovations, we are currently facing a challenge: the lack of a per seat/user licensing option for Copilot. By offering a per seat/user licensing model, Microsoft would allow us to align our licensing costs with the specific needs of each customer. This flexibility would be greatly appreciated by many of our MSP colleagues who operate with diverse customer bases.
Moreover, the demand for this option is growing rapidly. Our customers have eagerly tuned in to Ignite coverage and are now expecting tangible results.
