MicrosoftJoining in with all the other people in smaller businesses disappointed that this was marketed as a general release when it clearly is not. Couldn't even get a straight answer from MS support right away clarifying whether we were eligible or not after I couldn't find the license. I am now feeling like MS doesn't value loyal customers if they aren't contributing a certain value for them, and I have wasted time preparing for and educating employees on the new AI features when they won't be available for us for an unknown amount of time. It just goes to show that AI, along with most other modern advancements, will be prioritized to further prop up the rich and larger established businesses, whilst the little guy is tossed scraps and can't compete on a level playing field.
