mattgdunn This is a complete shell game. EA agreements require a min of 500 users/seats (if you can even get them to do it then).
I see two realistic possibilities:
1) M365 Copilot is not really ready for GA (which would have been a discovery if Microsoft had actually done a true beta/poc with clients across all sectors.
2) Microsoft is taking a stand that unless you're a Lumen, KPMG or GM-type client, you will get our best products when we decide you'll get them.
I believe the answer is a combination. They overhyped and over promised, then WAY under delivered. What's amusing to me is that they'll eventually come around and figure out how to offer this platform to everyone, regardless of size, sector or contract. By then our community will have moved on to truly testing and using different platforms.
I mean the license cost per month is more than the entire M365 E3 license, you would almost think Microsoft was allergic to money. Knowing that isn't the case, this is almost certainly (IMHO) a situation where they screwed something up and would rather have a lot of grumbling and complaining than address what's actually happening
