This section and sentence is very concerning:
We are committed to helping organizations adopt our Microsoft products and services. We recommend you follow your established best practices in driving services usage and adoption.
This technology is like no other that has been rolled and supported within enterprises. Ever. We cannot rely on and merely dust off the "established best practices." They will not work, as this is an evolving organism in AI and Copilot.
The effort and focus of this discussion needs to be on how we pivot and adjust to meet people where they are at - trying, learning, ideating, prompting - which is always changing. The minute you try and put out a checklist or job aid or quick start guide, it is already out of date and you have lost the opening to help an end user.
Don't be surprised if there is a tumultuous uproar when all "your established best practices in driving usage and adoption" don't work suddenly in the new Era of AI.
