Q1 : Does Copilot index the both Data at Rest and Transit? Is there any limitation in indexing?
The Semantic Index for Copilot works only with content to which your users already have permission. The index updates as content is created or modified. Closer to the phased rollout of the Semantic Index, we will be providing organizations with guidance on how to manage the Semantic Index to take the next step in their journey to become AI ready.
Q2: Are there any specific training resources or documentation available for IT admins and end-users to learn how to use Copilot effectively?
End user and IT admin content on how to use Copilot will be made available in future. This site has more general content on AI fundamentals as a primer to understanding Copilot - Microsoft AI help & learning
