Yes, I did read the full article thoroughly, and that's why I made clear at the beginning that this compliant is not made to Kwee_Nguyen personally, as I believe this post was a summary of this full article.
From a standpoint of an information processor - even by combining full fact and whole truth, rarely can an article provide Factual Truth. That might be one of many hardest to consider when processing information in the world, therefore I would be extremely cautious when evaluating an article as thoroughly vetted and proven.
I also highly recognize the importance of Threat Intelligence and its belonging to this community.
Going forward, I sincerely hope Microsoft and this community could better evolve its capability for a more trusted source of information, therefore serving the Pure Purpose of safeguarding Cybersecurity.
