    Hi Mindy,

Thank you for your response. Actions like taking course assessments offline have significant repercussions for our business. For example, a scheduled session for the AI-3004 course had to be canceled due to such an action. The volatility of these changes makes me hesitant to reintroduce the course in the future.

Courses within the Applied Skills (AS) series, particularly the one-day sessions outside the Fundamentals range, have proven to be highly unstable, making them a risky choice for ILT offerings. These courses appear and disappear with minimal communication to Training Services Partners. At Vijfhart, quality is our top priority, and disruptions like these do not contribute to the high standards of service we provide to our clients.

Please know that this is not directed at you personally—I value the blog and appreciate your prompt responses.

    Wishing you a great day.

    Best regards,
    Marnix

    Hi Mwolf1703

Thank you for the kind words!

Currently those three are still offline, without an ETA for being online again. Let me follow up with the Applied Skills team and see what the pipeline looks for those assessments. We do not have any plans to retire those three courses.

I will provide an update soon. I'm thinking I will probably do it in the form of a blog post, as we have gotten quite a few more questions about these this week also, and I know how disruptive it is for ILT deliveries. So, thank you for flagging them to me.

    Have a great weekend.

Hi Mindy_Rosenthal , thank you very much for your dedication and hard work for this blog. Much appreciated.

Quick question concerning the tab Applied Skills Assessments. I noticed three AS courses to be set to offline. Does this mean this AS courses are about to be retired? See screenshot. At this moment we offer two of these three AS courses.

Looking forward for your answer. With kind regards.

    Hi vladcatrinescu

That information was only on the exam tab, not on the actual courseware title plan tab. Those dates are not set in stone, and there are no retirement dates currently for the ILT courses. I can see how that would cause confusion! I will sync with the exam team to ensure our dates somewhat align on the title plan. Stay tuned for the announcements for upcoming retirements, as there will be replacements and other necessary information.

Hope that helps! Sorry I can't provide much information at the moment.

    Hello Mindy_Rosenthal

Quick question about the title plan - I see the SC-400 and DP-203 are both set to retire in 2025.  Can you please confirm the title plan is correct and we can start communicating with students and adjusting schedules with the dates in the title plan?

    Thanks!
