Copilot in Excel: Working with Columns & Formulas

Hi! Since the update, I have been having issues inserting lines and/or copy + insert lines. It seems to be an on and off problem and seems to happen more when I am doing a lot of work on Excel. Colleagues of mine have also experienced this issue and nobody received and error message from Excel. I have tried every known trick to resolve this but nothing works. Even the IT people at office seem mystified... is there a way to resolve this problem or it will be adjusted soon on your side? Thanks for the help!
