I changed the button properties to slightly match the shadow container for the button to something as below:

 

HoverColor:

//Changes the color of the text
RGBA(255, 255, 255, 1)

HoverFill:

//Changes the color of the background
ColorFade(RGBA(51, 255, 243, 10), -20%)
