It would be great if the read replicas supported something like query store, I created a question over on d365community  regarding this but haven't had any feedback yet  https://feedback.azure.com/d365community/idea/b3bb5948-7cca-ee11-92bc-6045bd7aea25 . The issue is that when our analytics team run a sub-optimal query and it times out or the process running it times out, we don't have any insights into what queries were being run at that time (unlike the primary).
