I wish you actually could publish from MS Foundry to Teams, but after 4 MS tech support sessions, it appears the only way to do this is to upload a .zip file manually to the Teams "Manage Apps" area, within the Teams app. If you included this step in your article, it might save others many hours of troubleshooting + $100 support service fee. Also, after uploading the .zip file to my Teams, none of my colleagues can see this app, which makes it useless. Every employee in the company needs to manually upload my app's .zip file in order to be able to use it in Teams. Is this progress? Support ticket 5189410029748327
