Hi aarthimurugan , 

Nice article, one quick question does a managed resource group gets created when we created the ACA environment with workload profiles.  I tried the bicep modules using the Azure Verified modules, i see the aca environment getting created but not seeing the Managed Resource Group which starts with ME_. Appreciate you response.
