really nice break down of backgServ vs webJobs! Thanks!
one thing i’m curious about in real-world/use-cases usage of it: how do you handle idempotency when Service Bus retries happen, for example after a webJob restart. Especially since agents are ephemeral but conversation threads persist?

Is cosmos effectively the source of truth for preventing duplicate executions? or are there agentFramework's patterns you recommend for making the longRunning workflows retry-safe?
