Announcing a flexible, predictable billing model for Azure SRE Agent

I have tried to utilise the SRE Agent and here are my observations.
1. email address removed for privacy reasons is not accepting the emails from my email ID.
2. How to integrate incidents? I have set-up few alerts in Azure Monitor, but SRE agent never picks Alerts.
3. As of now we found the SRE Agent is just a Prompt tool which won't help us great, as we need an engineer to prompt the tool always, where we need to pay both engineer and SRE Agent 😊.
4. To be frank, the support resources you provided/available internet is not helpful to test all the features available in UI, and the cost defined is way high. Most options from UI won't respond/do nothing. I.e. incidents, resources mapping etc.
5. I am eagerly waiting to have a session with some responsible engineer from SRE agent team to showcase our PoC. I am sure it's a chance to get a great insight on your new product from perspective of an enterprise customer.
