We're delighted to see this highly valuable feature.

scoriani could you please provide insight on a few things?

  • Does it support DB's in private networks or use of managed private endpoints?
  • Can we mirror from a read replica?
  • Can we select which schemas to mirror/exclude?
  • We're using the postgres anonymizer (pg_anon) plugin... does it support mirroring masked data if a masked DB role is used?
  • Can we mirror the same DB to two separate workspaces? (eg. one using masked privileges and one using full privileges)

Hi tsunloan , thanks for reaching out!

  • support for VNET, Private Endpoint and Read Replica are planned for General Availability later this year.
  • yes, you can select which schemas/tables to mirror.
  • as of now, we don't support mirroring masked data, but are evaluating that for the future (no ETA for now).
  • multiple mirrroring sessions out of the same DB is also something we're planning for the future, but no ETA yet.
