MicrosoftI am trying to use the new Edge Browser control to display images or pdf documents from a local folder. It works fine on my local computer but does not work with the Access runtime version 16.0.16924.20124. It being installed on a fresh Microsoft server install that does not appear to have office or click-to-run. However, I did find a click-to-run folder. The control after a navigate method is simply empty. No errors or message being displayed. I also created a test database app with a form with two controls (edge browser control and standard browser control). The Edge control is blank and the standard browser control shows http://www.google.com The same issue, both show on my computer and only the standard browser control show content on the server.
Any idea concerning this issue or workarounds?
