During this weeklong event at the end of September, Juan Soto (Access MVP) and Michal Bar from the Access product team had the pleasure of meeting Access customers and developers from all around the world, discussing Access and answering questions. Since Michal and I did this presentation there has been a great new feature added to QnA maker: Active learning, (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cognitive-services/qnamaker/how-to/improve-knowledge-base)

The new feature will allow administrators to add new questions with ease based on the feedback users are providing through Access and the API. 

We use this feature to provide a knowledge base through the app, instead of creating documentation, which can quickly become stale. Let me know in the comments if you have used it in your apps!
