We are thrilled to announce the launch of the newly redesigned Microsoft 365 Copilot enablement hub on adoption.microsoft.com. This update brings a fresh, streamlined experience based on your feedback that makes it easier than ever to explore our deployment and adoption resources for Microsoft 365 Copilot, as well as Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat and agents. Alongside this, we have also revamped the Scenario Library to enhance usability and discoverability. Here’s a closer look at what’s new.
The redesigned Microsoft 365 Copilot hub
The Copilot hub page now includes Copilot Chat and agent resources at the top and has been meticulously redesigned to provide a more intuitive user experience. Here are some of the key features:
- Simplified user interface: The redesigned page features a clean and modern layout that simplifies navigation. Users can easily filter the page with the product they’re looking for and quickly find the resources they need.
- Product picker: This new feature allows users to filter content based on the product they have. Whether you have Copilot Chat, Copilot, or agents, you can quickly access tailored content that is relevant to you.
- Role-based content filtering: The page continues to include role-based content filtering for the four phases of our implementation framework, but now that includes resources for Copilot Chat and agents. This makes it easier to find resources and guidance that are specifically designed for your role and whichever implementation phase you are in, whether you are a leader, Champion/adoption manager, or IT Pro/admin.
The new Scenario Library experience
In addition to the Copilot hub, we have also redesigned the Scenario Library to provide a more user-friendly and interactive experience. Here’s what you can expect:
- Improved discoverability: The new Scenario Library features a search functionality and filters for functions and industries. This makes it easier for users to find relevant scenarios that align with their specific needs and interests.
- Interactive interface: The redesigned library includes a more interactive interface to help you get to the information you need faster.
- Day in the Life pages: We have separate "Day in the Life" pages that provide detailed insights into how Microsoft 365 Copilot and other Microsoft apps can be used in various roles and industries. These pages are designed to help users understand the practical applications of Copilot in their daily workflows and how it can help you get work done.
