Poly X30/X50 in Teams mode - Remote troubleshooting missing feature in Web URI
Hello All, do you know if there is any plan to have Remote calls and Camera view for remote support on those devices MTRoA - Poly x30, x50? In Poly Mode or Device Mode these features work fine, but in Teams Mode - no remote troubleshooting is possible. Do you plan to add them in any future update? Tagging @Pavel Yurevich as he mentioned in other Post that he is product manager on Teams Rooms on Android. Thank you in advance!
Collab Bar in Office 365
Hi Pavel Yurevich Thanks for getting back to me. I have recently installed and and configured (7) X30 poly units to 7 meeting meetings room straight out of the box. 1 meeting room out of 7 are showing in the collab bar settings in Office 365 Team portal and not sure what the difference is between 1 meeting room and the other 6 as the config has been the same across all devices.
