Importing Business Requirements from Microsoft Word into Azure DevOps

Create Devops work items from Teams
Hi, When creating a new work item from a message in personal chat with someone (Right Click -> Create Work Item), the Area Path of our Devops isn't available. On the other hand, it's possible to create work items if we add azure boards to a specific channel. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!
