This is essentially the same as: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Stream-Forum/Jump-to-time-code/m-p/35625#M345 but specifically for the URL part of that one that wasn't addressed in the solution provided there. In-description hotlinks are great and just work, which is fantastic, but it would be very helpful to be able to provide a user with an issue a link directly to a specific section of a relevant video, rather than providing a link to the start of the video plus an explanation of which time to skip to. Any step we can remove between the user and the solution is a step closer to success.SolvedJump to time code
A few minutes ago in the virtual SP summit, Marc Mroz wrote "Stream descriptions already support line feeds, links, and hot linking to a time code to jump to the video" Where can i find more info on the hot linking to a time code? Is or will this feature be available through clientside scripting to jump to a time code via script? We would like to build a video feedback application in which users will be able to add timestamps to a video and add feedback to these timestamps. Would it be possible today to use Stream as a backend for encoding, storing and streaming the video while we manage the timestamps and annotations in our databases? Thanks!SolvedRequired bandwith to read videos from Stream ?

There are many video files in my organization greater than 10GB size on File Shares. As I cannot migrate them to SharePoint, I am planning to connect my File Share from within SharePoint. As currently SharePoint does not support playing these video file formats my purpose of reading my file share content from SharePoint is nullified.SolvedPlay at full resolution from started
Hi, We are raring to go with this to use it to show short 'How to' videos for our users. Unfortunateky, the videos start at low resolution and get better up to 20s into the video. This is not very good for our purposes as the vidos are short (30s) and need high resolution so the users can see what is happening on th desktop. Any ideas on how to play at max resolution form the start? David
