Get Involved with the product group - Granular Permissions for Viva Insights
Hey everyone -- I want to share a quick opportunity for our Viva Insights customers to get involved with over a quick 30-minute discussion with the product group. Viva Insights granular permissioning We are evolving how admin controls and permissions are managed across the product where we’re moving from a role-based access model to a more granular permissioning model—giving you greater flexibility over who can access what data and features. We’d love to speak with any of the following roles, Viva Insights Admins AI Admins Global Admins managing insights deployment and access (Optional) Feedback will help shape: Role Assignment Models – How admins are currently assigning and managing roles and their feedback on transition to a permissioning model. Metric Controls – What level of customization customers want on data/metrics visibility Admin UX Revamp – What customers look for from an improved experience to make administration simpler, more intuitive, and scalable
