Get Involved with the product group - Granular Permissions for Viva Insights

Viva Insights granular permissioning

We are evolving how admin controls and permissions are managed across the product where we’re moving from a role-based access model to a more granular permissioning model—giving you greater flexibility over who can access what data and features. 

We’d love to speak with any of the following roles,

• Viva Insights Admins
• AI Admins
• Global Admins managing insights deployment and access (Optional)

Feedback will help shape:

• Role Assignment Models – How admins are currently assigning and managing roles and their feedback on transition to a permissioning model. 
• Metric Controls – What level of customization customers want on data/metrics visibility
• Admin UX Revamp – What customers look for from an improved experience to make administration simpler, more intuitive, and scalable
