Hi, Anybody has thought about possibility to see how much your users are using Microsoft WhiteBoard, PowerPoint Live or Excel Live on the Teams meetings? M365 Admin center have a usage section, but that shows nothing about these apps. There is actually apps usage, but the App ID related to the Teams usage seems to be unknow. Teams Admin center have also some usage reports, but that speak also nothing about these apps.353Views0likes0CommentsCall records and usage reports are now obfuscating the last 3 digits of the PSTN number
Hi guys, Since 21.04.2022 12:55 CET that on my customer tenants the Call Records that I extract using GraphAPI (https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/communications/callRecords/getPstnCalls The PSTN callee and callerID are masked on the last 3 digits. example +41768111*** I also noticed the same behaviour looking at the data and export the usage PSTN reports https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/analytics/reports This as made a chaos on some of my customers that rely on those records for example to charge back contractual service hours dependent on the amount of time an individual called. Now there is not enough data to track back! Was this a planned change? I could not find any announcement on MS usual channels Is there a setting on the Tenant to make them available again? I check the Report Settings and it's still active:https://admin.microsoft.com/#/Settings/Services/:/Settings/L1/Reports I open incidents at MS support but as you know is slow as ....Solved6.2KViews0likes13CommentsReport on Application usage in Teams

Hi I have been asked to see if the reports accessed via the url below can be automatically collated and emailed, per an agreed schedule: https://tenant.sharepoint.com/myintranet/_layouts/15/Reporting.aspx?Category=AnalyticsSiteCollection I think the report page creates dynamic links so I suspect I won't be able to attach a flow as such. Hence, I wondered if this a another way of looking a this such as accessing the underlying analytics api. If so, this would mean being able to set up PowerBI dashboards etc. Btw, I notice a lot of the documentation seems to reference SharePoint Server : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/administration/view-usage-reports Any advice is welcome?627Views0likes0CommentsSkype for Business usage report explanation
Hi, I would like to ask you for help with explanation of usage report in O365 admin center. I would like to know what it means: Peer-to-peer activity - means when users use just chat (1:1, M:N)? Conference organizer activity - means only number of people who organizes meetings (e.g. via Outlook)? Anyone else is not included in this number? Conference participants activity - means only number of people who join meetings (e.g. via link in meeting invitation)? Organizer are excluded? Participants are also external people? PSTN - what is included in this report? What means in conference reports: Application sharing - desktop sharing, browser sharing and so on? Dial-in/out - 3rd party - what it means? Dial-in/out Microsoft - what it means? Is included also external communication in reports (chat, meetings)? For example if I have external in my S4B contacts? I have tried to find more details on https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/SkypeForBusiness/skype-for-business-online-reporting/activity-report but I have not understood it from there. Thank you for more details and explanation. Mirek723Views0likes0Comments
