Unread messages count not showing on owa public folders
Hi, I'm using Exchange server 2019, the public folders are added to outlook Add to favourite and able to see the unread message count. But from the OWA unread messages count not showing for public folders emails. Please let me know, how to get unread message count in OWA for public folder items. Thanks, Binosh
