Can you edit/customized webinar teams email invitation? I want to add an instruction below the email invitation that says "Click the ics file" so that the calendar event will be added to their calendar. Or is there a way that when they registered it will automatically added to their calendar?Solved7.5KViews1like7CommentsPost-webinar recordings when using the Teams Webinar format
Hello! My team and I have been using the Teams webinar function to schedule customer-facing webinars. After the event, we like to share out the recording, but right now our organization has security measures in place so we are unable to share that file that shows within the chat after someone has recorded the meeting publically. Has anyone figured out the best way to do this or have any recommendations of apps to integrate into teams to help our team with this? Thanks!1.5KViews0likes1CommentLive Event Guest user add new background
Hi, A user has been added as a guest to our tenant, so that they can present in our Teams Live Event. All of this has been set up correctly, the user can enter as a presenter and everything is as expected. However, the user needs to add their own background to their video feed, to keep everyone's backgrounds consistent. We have instructions on how to do this, by clicking the "Add new" button at the top of the background settings menu. They can access the background settings menu, however there is no "add new" button. This works on my own account and is available for us. I tested it with another guest account and again there is no "add new" button. I assume this is something to do with being a guest user. Is there a way to resolve this for Live Events, as the user needs this option. Thanks11KViews1like3CommentsTeams Live Events- External Presenter Toggle Switch not updating
Hi Does anyone know if the toggle switch updates for live events scheduled before the roll out of this feature? I am trying to toggle this on but it keeps defaulting back to not allow for older scheduled events?Solved827Views0likes1CommentTeams Live: Internal Event Group Chat
Hello, I'm producing a Teams Live event with 7 presenters and wanted to know a solution for the internal event group chat. I use the internal chat to alert presenters of the run-of-show, etc. The issue is when they're sent 'Live,' you can hear the ping of the internal chat echoing in the background. I searched for a solution (e.g. forums; YT) to this production concern and couldn't find one. Here are my questions: How do you silence or mute the internal event group chat? What solution do you propose to mitigate the chat ping? What are better ways to cue presenters w/o using chat? Thanks!947Views0likes1Comment
